At Crosbie Dental, our aim is to provide quality dental care in a caring, friendly environment. Our experienced team of dental professionals takes a preventative approach designed to help patients, young and old, maintain good long term oral health to reduce the need for treatment.
Our state of the art practice provides general dental care as well as highly specialised treatments carried out by registered specialists. Moreover, ongoing investment in the practice means that our patients enjoy the best technology and materials currently available.
The services we provide include all aspects of general dentistry and oral care. Including prevention and maintenance, orthodontics, crown and bridge, dentures, fillings, and cosmetic dentistry including teeth whitening.
Crosbie Dental has amalgamated with Dr. Malcolm Lindsey’s practice which has been providing high quality dental treatment for over 40 years in Wimpole and Upper Wimpole Street.
Our Dentists
Rick Fitzgerald
Rick Fitzgerald, BDS, NUI qualified in Dentistry from University College Cork in 1985 and Kings Hospital London in 1990.
He practiced in the UK until 1994 as associate for two years and subsequently owned and ran a multiple surgery practice. He returned to Ireland in 1994 when he purchased, built up and then sold on a dental practice in Co. Cork.
He returned to UK in 2009 and subsequently he completed the Diploma in Sports Dentistry in Eastman Hospital, London.
Simon Sweetnam
Simon studied dentistry at University College Cork, Ireland, where he won awards as an undergraduate. Upon graduation he completed his vocational training in Kent and then went on to work in a Maxillofacial surgery job in Guildford, Surrey. It was here he further developed his surgical skills, which is one of the aspects of practice he enjoys most.
He then returned to private general practice where he enjoys the variety and challenges each day brings. Simon prides himself on being a people person and treats all patients as individuals.
Further education has always been a desire of Simon’s and he is also currently completing an MSc in Primary Dental Care. Outside of dentistry Simon enjoys travelling, cooking and a variety of sports.
