At Crosbie Care Dental we offer two teeth whitening services:
Chairside Teeth Whitening
This is commonly referred to as Chairside Teeth Whitening or In-office whitening. This procedure is performed in our practice in Upper Wimpole Street. During an appointment, your dental professional will apply a whitening gel to the surface of your teeth. The entire office visit generally takes about 90 minutes and you will be able to see results immediately. The dentist may need to make whitening trays in advance of this treatment in the surgery .
Home-Whitening
Tailor-made whitening trays are constructed and the dentist gives definitive instructions on the treatment which is carried out at home with a whitening gel inserted into the trays , mostly while patient is asleep and over a period of two weeks. These whitening trays have to be specially made to fit the patient and the dentist will need to take impressions for this. Please note we supply full kits of gel and they must all be used up in accordance with the dentists instruction in order to get the best result from the treatment.
